Scientific and Pedagogical Background
Received Ph. D. in the field of Informatics Engineering in 2010 by defending thesis "Development and Application of Methods in the Graphical Ophthalmological and Thermovisual Data Analysis."
Supervisors: Vydūnas Šaltenis (2005-2007), Gintautas Dzemyda (2007-2010).

Research Work
Scientific interest includes but not limited to digital signal processing, machine learning, deep learning methods development and application for object recognition, segmentation, retrieval, description, denoising in visual/audio data. Medical data analysis and deep learning models development for cancerous tissue segmentation and evaluation from MRI, whole-slide images.
