Main goal
To develop solutions based on machine learning, mathematical modeling, and large-scale language models for cybersecurity, natural language processing, propaganda and disinformation detection, and image analysis.

- Efficient machine learning algorithms for password selection.
- Content recognition in digitized structured documents.
- Forecasting security prices and investment portfolio formation.
- Efficient algorithms for calculating and visualizing Mandelbrot covers associated with zeta functions.
- Limit theorems for combinatorial numbers.
- Using machine learning to predict the mutation path of viruses.
- Developing an algorithm for recognizing fraudulent websites.
- Analysis of similarity measures between text documents and images.

The group was founded in November 2018 (Head of the Group Dr. Virginijus Marcinkevičius) by reorganizing Operational Research Sector.
